To increase awareness of ongoing changes and RA activities impacting leaseholders and residents, the RA committee initiated the creation of newsletters for distribution across LCI and GLH. The first edition was circulated in January 2025 and the expectation is to have multiple issues per year.

Resident surveys
The RA has launched a resident survey to understand how leaseholders and residents feel living at the island and specifically capture their views on key issues at LCI and GLH. The first ever survey was launched in H1 2025. Please note that this survey is not related to or conducted by Ballymore.
