We are Kuba & Renata, residents of the Modena Building.

Like most of you, we love living on the Island, but we find the lack of immediate healthcare options frustrating. We are currently working on a potential Private Health Clinic & NHS/Private Pharmacy right here within the development.

Our Goal: To bring much needed medical services and a fully stocked pharmacy to our doorstep. We want to build a service that fits around people’s lifestyle. Whether that’s quick doctor appointments, late night medicine dispensing or other essential healthcare services that would benefit the community.

We need your help:  Before we commit to the lease and move forward, we need to know if this is something you actually want. We kindly ask you to complete this short anonymous survey to help us understand what service this community needs the most. We have already invested a substantial amount of work into this and if there is a positive response, we aim to have the doors open by Mid-September 2026. For this to be achievable we ask you to complete this survey by 10th of Feb.
