Welcome to the LCI & GLH Leaseholders’ and Residents’ Association
We’re a group of neighbours working together – unpaid – to give our community a stronger voice. Founded in 2016, our aim is simple – to make London City Island and GoodLuck Hope the best places they can be.
We represent residents when talking to Ballymore and other organisations, making sure your concerns are heard and acted on. While Ballymore recognises us as an official body, we’re completely independent.
Here’s what we focus on:
- Keeping our services and facilities well-maintained, and tackling recurring problems quickly.
- Making sure service charges are fair and spent wisely.
- Improving our local environment – from reducing crime and improving transport to shaping new developments.
The RA follows the rules set out in our constitution, and we have an elected committee chosen at our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Just so you know, we’re separate from the London City Island & Goodluck Hope Residents Facebook Group, and the WhatsApp Community groups, but we share the same goal of building a strong, connected community.
