The Association is run by residents for residents, and we all give our time free of charge.
We work with Ballymore on issues that affect us all. Here are some of the things we have achieved or regularly discuss to try and improve:
- Review of Service Charges (this is an ongoing task)
- Regular meetings about gym equipment and services

- Social events
- Links with Harmony House Residents Association
- Links with Trinity Buoy Wharf, The Line Art Trail, Cody Dock creative community hub and other local organisations
- Car park charges and bays
- Litter and recycling
- Traffic Calming
Individual voices struggle to be heard, but as a group, with official status, we have a stronger united voice.

Please note that the Association is separate from the Residents Facebook Group, which is run entirely separately. The Association is run by residents for residents and is not part of Ballymore. It was set up in 2016 following an informal meeting by a group of residents. Ballymore recognise us because we operate according to the rules of our official constitution.
